All account balances at 7game9 are held in Philippine Pesos (₱, PHP). Deposits must be made using payment accounts registered in your own legal name. The following payment methods are accepted: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO internet banking, BPI online, UnionBank online, Visa, and Mastercard.
7game9 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside 7game9's control. Minimum deposit is ₱50 unless a promotion specifies a different threshold.
Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name will be reversed. Any promotional credits earned through such deposits will be cancelled. Funds sent to 7game9 by a third party will be returned to the source account where possible, less any fees already incurred.
Withdrawal requests at 7game9 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. All withdrawals must be to an account in your own legal name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya process within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank. 7game9 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard requests.
7game9 may delay or hold a withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, review of account activity, or resolution of a dispute. Players will be notified of any hold via their registered contact details. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
All bets placed through 7game9 are subject to these Terms and to any additional rules published for the specific game or market. By confirming a bet, you accept the stated odds at that moment and acknowledge that the bet cannot be cancelled once accepted.
7game9 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error in the odds, a data feed error that materially affected the published odds, or where the outcome of an event is reasonably suspected to have been manipulated. In such cases, your stake will be returned in full.
Settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result as recognised by 7game9's data providers. For Sabong, the official arena declaration governs settlement. For esports, the official tournament operator's result governs. For boxing, the ringside judges' decision or referee's stoppage governs unless otherwise stated for a specific market.
7game9 offers promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will apply to that offer.

7game9 is not responsible for: internet connectivity failures on the player's end; delays in third-party payment processing; losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials; or decisions made by players based on information published on the platform that is subsequently corrected.
